Accessibility statement
Last updated: 31 July 2026
Last updated: 31 July 2026 · Scope: www.provimedia.de including the blog, free tools, the Provimedia Akademie (including the course area after login) and the online purchase process.
Our Service
We are a digital agency specialising in web development and SEO. Via www.provimedia.de, we also offer the Provimedia Akademie, an online training programme including the KI-Führerschein and the GDPR training, which is purchased and completed directly in the browser. In addition, we provide the software product Code Guardian as well as the Company Audit.
How to Use Our Service
You select the desired course or product, complete the purchase by credit card via Stripe or by invoice, and then receive immediate access. For team licences, you invite further users via your own access links. The entire purchase process, including selection, payment and login, can be fully operated by keyboard and is usable with screen readers. If you have questions about using the service, you can reach us at info@provimedia.de.
How We Implement Accessibility
We follow the harmonised European standard EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, conformance level AA. Implemented measures include:
- Full keyboard operability, including in the purchase process, with a visible focus indicator and a skip link to the content
- WCAG AA compliant colour contrasts for text and controls
- A pause control for background videos, as well as support for the "reduced motion" system setting
- Labelled forms with accessible error messages
- Consistent navigation and a clear heading structure on all pages
- Screen reader support, including status messages, correct roles and states, and a guided focus order in dialogs
- Correct language markup, including when switching languages in the Akademie area, which is available in eight languages
- Zoom up to 400% without loss of content or functionality
Assessment method: self-assessment, dated 31 July 2026. We tested the core pages of the website, including the purchase process, using automated testing with axe-core (via Playwright) and supplemented this with manual testing: full keyboard operation, screen reader spot checks, zoom and reflow, and behaviour under reduced motion.
Conformity Status and Known Limitations
This website is partially compliant with the requirements referred to above. We are aware of the following limitations, which we are working to resolve:
- Placeholder text in some form fields has reduced contrast. However, all fields also carry a visible, permanent label, so that operation does not depend on the placeholder text.
- For embedded YouTube videos, which are only loaded after your consent, the availability of subtitles depends on the individual video.
- PDF documents such as invoices or certificates are not yet fully PDF/UA compliant. On request, we will gladly provide this content to you in an accessible format.
