How it works

- 2 Open the link. You see all contracts for this address, tick what you want to withdraw from and confirm. Nothing is preselected.
- 3 Academy courses: the refund goes immediately and automatically to your original payment method (5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank). Membership, Code Guardian, Company Audit, team seats and recertification: you immediately receive a timestamped confirmation of receipt; we review, end and refund by hand and get back to you within two working days.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. For courses of the Provimedia Academy, we voluntarily go beyond this and grant a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
This voluntary guarantee applies exclusively to the courses of the Provimedia Academy. For Code Guardian and the Company Audit, the statutory right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty rights apply; no money-back guarantee going beyond this exists there.
Early expiry for digital content
All products offered here are digital content or digital services that are not supplied on a tangible medium. If, during the order process, you expressly request that we begin performance before the withdrawal period has expired (that is, that we activate the access, the course or the licence key immediately), and you at the same time confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal expires already at the start of performance of the contract, that is, upon activation, not only upon complete provision (§ 356(6) No. 2 of the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch, BGB); for digital services, § 356(5) BGB applies, under which it expires upon complete performance). We obtain this consent exclusively in the order process for Code Guardian; without it, we only activate access there after the 14 days have expired. For the courses of the Provimedia Academy and for the Company Audit we do not request it: there, access is available to you immediately and your fourteen-day right of withdrawal nevertheless remains in full.
Community membership
The statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract applies to membership in the Provimedia Community. If, at your request, performance begins immediately, you shall pay proportionate compensation for the value of the service already used if you withdraw. The Academy courses and the Code Guardian licence included in the membership did not cost you anything extra: they cannot be withdrawn from individually and end together with the membership. After the period has expired, you may terminate the membership at any time with effect from the end of the paid period, most quickly under Account.
Withdrawal regarding Community, Code Guardian or Company Audit
The form above accepts your withdrawal for all products. It refunds Academy courses immediately and automatically. For the membership, Code Guardian and the Company Audit, it records your statement with a timestamp and confirms receipt by e-mail; we carry out the review and the refund manually. You may equally declare the withdrawal informally to info@provimedia.de or using the model form below.
If you merely wish to end an ongoing update subscription for Code Guardian (that is, not withdraw from the contract but terminate it), use the Cancel contracts here button. It works without logging in.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use the form above or inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) to: Provimedia GmbH, Weidenweg 12, 74321 Bietigheim-Bissingen, e-mail: info@provimedia.de. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out this reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. Refunds are usually made immediately and automatically via our self-service withdrawal function.
