ChatGPT Ads & OpenAI Advertising Management
Advertising inside the conversation — measured properly, not booked blindly.

OpenAI has opened ads in ChatGPT to European markets. The channel is new, track record is thin, and most providers talk about it without having run a campaign themselves. We run our own — and built the measurement to go with it.

ChatGPT Ads & OpenAI Advertising Management: Technologies we use
A Channel People Talk About More Than They Measure
Since OpenAI opened ads in ChatGPT to European markets, many agencies have started offering the channel. Far fewer are actually running a campaign themselves, and even fewer measure it properly. But that's exactly where the real work lies: a new advertising channel without robust success measurement is a budget nobody can account for.
What We Built Ourselves
We run ChatGPT Ads for our own business and built the measurement for it from the ground up: the pixel in the browser, server-side conversion reporting, and the consent management that makes both possible in the first place. Both paths send the same event ID, so a conversion isn't counted twice — a detail you only notice once the numbers look twice as good as they really are.
That includes the unglamorous part: a dedicated category in the consent banner, a section in the privacy policy naming the recipient and legal basis, and the decision to simply not measure without consent. Anyone who skips this part doesn't have a tracking problem, they have a legal problem.
What We Don't Promise You
No success figures from other people's case studies, no return promises for a channel that's only a few months old. What we commit to: you start with working measurement, you see what an enquiry costs from day one, and you get an honest assessment of whether the channel is worth it for your offer — even if the answer is "not yet".
If you're also running, or want to run, Google Ads: we manage both and tell you which channel carries which part of your goal.

ChatGPT Ads & OpenAI Advertising Management: Frequently asked questions
Answers to the most important questions about ChatGPT Ads & OpenAI Advertising Management.
Can you even run ChatGPT Ads in Germany?
Yes. OpenAI has opened access for European markets, including Germany. Ads appear for users on the free tiers; paid tiers remain ad-free. Booking is possible through a self-service portal or through partners.
How do you measure whether it's worth it?
Through two channels at once: a pixel in the browser and a server-side event. Both send the same event ID, so the same conversion isn't counted twice. The server-side channel is the more reliable one, because it doesn't depend on whether a script is still running in the browser.
What about data protection and consent?
Without consent, no measurement takes place. In practice, that means a dedicated category in the consent banner, a section in the privacy policy that names the recipient and the legal basis, and a pixel that only loads after consent is given. We set this up for you instead of leaving it to you.
Should we cut Google Ads to make room for this?
As a rule, no. Google Ads is the more established channel with significantly more volume; ChatGPT Ads is new and small. What makes sense is a clearly separated additional budget whose results you can evaluate independently, followed by an honest decision after a few weeks.
What if the channel doesn't work for us?
Then we'll tell you, and you end it. A channel that doesn't work for your offering is a result, not a failure, provided the measurement was set up correctly from the start. That's exactly why we set it up before the first euro is spent.
