You earn commission on every purchase you refer, and with Code Guardian on every subscription month as well. Your customer gets a discount. Settlement is monthly and automatic, with a proper statement.

Academy
30 % on the purchase. Your customer gets 10 % off the one-off purchase.
Code Guardian
30 % on the purchase, 30 % on every subscription month for 24 months. Your customer gets 10 % off the one-off purchase.

Who you are

These details appear on every credit note. Without them, a credit note may not be issued.

Your tax status

It determines whether VAT appears on your credit note. A wrong entry costs you money: if VAT is shown incorrectly, you owe the tax shown (section 14c UStG). If in doubt, ask your tax adviser.

Only needed outside the SEPA area.

The agreement

We settle using the self-billing procedure which means you do not invoice us. We issue the statement in your name and send it to you. This requires your prior consent (section 14(2) sentence 5 UStG); without it we cannot pay out anything.

There is no entitlement to admission. We approve existing customers immediately and review everyone else by hand, usually within one working day.
